So basically, this is a super low run cigar, they make very very few, and it runs a pretty penny. I got me some as a gift, so awesome for me! Sadly the first one I smoked exploded all over the place for no reason at all. Literally cracks running up and down and all around that poor little thing. That said, even coming to pieces it was quite tasty, and I’ve been looking forward to my second chance at it.
Interestingly enough, it’s actually a pretty veiny cigar, but the wrapper has a nice sheen to it which is pretty cool. The scent is, well… not much really. Strong cedar initially, but that’s to be expected with the cedar wrap.
The flavours are… deeper, tobacco, cedar, toast, earth, cocoa, and a hint of coffee. Wow that’s complex. There’s something else too, through the nose… fuck this is good.
The spice is growing, and the wood is shifting away from cedar, but is still woody. Malt,
Alright, so there isn’t really any… change in the flavours, but they shift slightly back and forth from puff to puff which is quite nice. The burn is good, the ash is pretty solid, no flakes. Here goes some leather, and the aroma is terribly delicious.
