Update:

You know, I never noticed this before, but there’s actually a good deal of pear in the flavour of this beer. It’s nice, and, fruity, but not a traditional fruity. I’m not sure why I didn’t pick up on it before, but now it won’t go away. Awesome.

Alright, so Pyramid makes a pretty good hef, and this is, as far as I can tell without actually doing any research, an apricot flavoured hef. Cool. It’s natural apricot too, not just article flavouring as one might expect…
